Dr. McCulloch is a native New Yorker. He earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ and received his M.D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson. He returned to New York City for his training in Orthopaedic Surgery at St. Luke’s / Roosevelt Hospital Center, University Hospital of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Finally, he completed a prestigious fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, CA. For his initial years in practice, Dr. McCulloch was located in Southern California where he developed one of the busiest practices in the southwestern United States. Dr. McCulloch was the first doctor in New York City to perform, and offer to his patients Direct Anterior Hip Replacement as an alternative to the more invasive and painful traditional approach. Dr. Peter W. Lementowski’s practice includes specialized surgical and non-surgical care of patients with hip and knee ailments.
