Dr. Culp is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon and focuses his practice on patients of all ages who have advanced degenerative disease. He provides special expertise on knee replacement surgery, including minimally invasive partial and total knees, as well as complex revision surgery. He also performs minimally-invasive hip replacement surgery from anterior and posterior approaches, and complex revisions. Dr. Culp additionally offers outpatient joint replacement surgery to the appropriate candidates, performing the procedures at both the UMCP Monroe Surgical Center and the UMCP Surgical Center on the hospital campus in Plainsboro.

Dr. Culp is excited to return to New Jersey where he completed his general surgical internship and his orthopedic surgery residency at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Craig Capeci is a Board Certified specialist in the orthopaedic care of sports related injuries as well as arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he attended Hunter High School in Manhattan. Dr. Capeci graduated from Cornell University and received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine where he was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases and a sports medicine fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital. During his residency and fellowship he participated in the orthopaedic care of the New York Jets football team, New York Islanders hockey club, Hunter College Athletics and NYC Public High Schools. Dr. Craig S. Radnay, MD, MPH

Dr. Craig S. Radnay is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine and joint replacement. He has advanced fellowship trainings in foot and ankle surgery as well as in knee surgery. Dr. Radnay was born and raised in New York City and he received his BA degree at Dartmouth College. He then earned Medical and Masters of Public Health degrees from the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. Dr. Radnay completed a five-year residency in orthopaedic surgery at Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital in New York; in his final year, Dr. Radnay was appointed Chief Resident. Dr. Radnay completed a fellowship in New York with the Insall Scott Kelly Institute (ISK), specializing in sports medicine and adult reconstruction. At ISK, he was mentored by the pioneers in knee replacement and sports medicine, and trained with the physicians of the New York Knicks and New Jersey Nets NBA teams. He then completed a fellowship in Tampa, Florida, with the Florida Orthopaedic Institute, specializing in foot and ankle surgery and lower extremity trauma. Dr. Graeme Whyte is a multinational, quintuple-fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine, joint preservation, and cartilage repair. Dr. Whyte has a faculty appointment at Cornell University, Weill Medical College, and his primary practice is based out of New York City. He is on the scientific committee of the Orthopaedic Arthroscopic Surgery International (OASI) Bioresearch Foundation. Dr. Whyte completed his first advanced subspecialty fellowship at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, New York, specializing in sports medicine, and his second fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York, specializing in hip arthroscopy and hip preservation. Subsequently, Dr. Whyte completed a clinical research fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery, focusing on hip preservation, in addition to fellowship training in hip preservation at the Schulthess Klinik, in Zurich, Switzerland, and cartilage repair of the knee at the OASI Bioresearch Foundation, in Milan, Italy. Dr. Russell E. Windsor received his medical education at the Georgetown, Thomas Jefferson, and Cornell Universities. He completed his orthopaedic training at the University of Pennsylvania and did a Fellowship in Knee Reconstructive Surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery under John Insall, MD, who was one of the original developers and father of total knee replacement surgery. Dr. Windsor has presented his work and served as faculty member in over 250 national and international seminars and has written over 60 original publications and contributed chapters in reconstructive surgery in 40 textbooks. He has been featured on Good Morning America with Diane Sawyer and the NBC Today Show where he discussed total knee replacement and total hip replacement surgery. Dr. Windsor was Chief of the Knee Service at the Hospital for Special Surgery between 1990 and 2006 and was President of the American Knee Society in 2005. He has been an active design consultant for various total knee replacement designs and has approximately 15 American and international patents for the design of Zimmer’s unicompartmental replacements (ZUK) and rotating hinge knee replacement (RHK). After finishing his orthopedic surgery residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Joint Diseases-Orthopaedic Institute. Dr. Meyerson has presented research at the annual meeting for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and at Specialty Day for the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. He is past-president for the Brooklyn Orthopedic Society. Dr. Meyerson specializes in the care of the injured athlete utilizing advanced techniques in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the knee and shoulder. However, many orthopedic injuries and conditions do not require surgery and when appropriate, Dr. Meyerson strongly advocates conservative treatment including physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medication, and activity modification. Dr. Avshalumov has extensive experience in orthopaedic trauma, especially trauma of the hip. He maintains an academic role, having authored and co-authored numerous papers and being an active researcher. Dr. Avshalumov completed his medical education in Russia at Astrakhan Medical Academy and at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in May 2003, performing his postgraduate training in orthopaedic surgery residency at Peninsula Medical Center in Far Rockaway, New York from 2003 until 2008, receiving honors as intern of the year and chief intern.
